Color Jump Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Color Jump ("Color Jump", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Color Jump mobile game.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the game, we or our service providers may process the following information:
- User identifiers: an internal user or player identifier used to associate game progress, scores, leaderboard entries, missions, achievements, and other game functionality with your account or profile.
- Game and product interaction data: information such as app launches, taps, gameplay activity, scores, level progress, missions, achievements, and interactions with game features.
- Purchase information: information necessary to recognize and restore purchases such as the Remove Ads entitlement. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Device and advertising identifiers: device identifiers or advertising identifiers that may be processed by advertising and analytics providers.
- Advertising data: information about advertisements displayed or interacted with in the game.
- Approximate location: an approximate location may be inferred from information such as your IP address by advertising providers.
- Diagnostics and performance data: crash information, app launch time, responsiveness, hang rate, energy usage, and related technical information.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the game and its features.
- Save scores, progress, missions, achievements, and leaderboard information.
- Authenticate or recognize a player or game account.
- Recognize purchases and restore eligible purchases.
- Display and measure third-party advertising.
- Understand usage and improve game performance, stability, and features.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Advertising
Color Jump uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information including IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash logs, and performance data. Google may use this information for advertising and analytics purposes.

4. In-App Purchases
Color Jump may offer a non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple is responsible for payment processing. We may receive transaction or entitlement information needed to provide and restore the purchased feature, but we do not receive your complete payment card information.
5. Leaderboards and Game Progress
When you use game features such as scores, missions, achievements, and leaderboards, related gameplay information may be stored on our servers and associated with your player identifier so that these features can function across game sessions.
6. Data Sharing
We may share or make information available to service providers only as necessary to operate the game, including:
- Google AdMob for advertising and related analytics.
- Apple for App Store purchases and purchase restoration.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate game services.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the game, maintain game records and functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Color Jump is a general-audience casual game and is not specifically directed to children under the age required for independent consent under applicable law. We do not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us using the support channel listed for Color Jump on the App Store.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing. You may contact us through the support contact listed on the Color Jump App Store page to submit a privacy request.
You can also manage certain advertising and privacy choices through your device settings and Apple's privacy controls.
11. Third-Party Services
